  The bulky young handsome teenage boy who i only see working on Sunday's is very helpful, sweet and kind. The last time i brought my son over there he accidentally dropped his icecream and this sweet young employee offered us another one without a cost. This moment has made us happy till this day. The boy should work more often, he is loved throughout this family. We thank you for what you have done for my poor family

  The ice cream is delicious but verrrry expensive. The staff is hit and miss - there are a couple of girls who are beyond rude and a couple who are really sweet. I'm hoping that maybe the rude ones no longer work there because the last couple times I've gone (the ice cream is Really tasty!), the staff have been courteous. So, fingers crossed. As to the location itself, being right in the midst of Aspen Glen Landing - right at the top of the waterfall no less - is stellar and easily accessible. There is ample free parking throughout the Aspen Glen Landing shopping centre which, in Calgary, is a treat in and of itself.

  If I could give a zero I would, not for the store but for the particular individual I had the displeasure of being served by. I never knew I could get so upset over icecream. Not only was she completely rude and acted as if we were a nuisance when asking for flavours, me and my bf didn't even feel comfortable asking to sample anymore after 2 (besides the fact the tip of the spoon had the tiniest bit of icecream on it not even enough to taste). After paying and enduring this unpleasant experience I asked if she had any comment cards, she said no. I asked for her name and if there was anywhere I could leave a comment. She then hesitantly told me she was the manager, refused to give me her name and told me there was no where to call or leave a comment. Yeah right. She was the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever dealt with. Rude and clearly did not want to be working. I would LOVE to get in contact with the REAL manager of this location so I can make a formal complaint.

  I'm not quite sure why most reviews here were pretty low. Honestly the workers there were very helpful and nice. I usually order custom cakes there for every occasion. I went recently and I'd say that some customers ahead of me were very rude to the employees. I don't know how they handle it but they handled bad customers pretty well.

  Very poor customer service. I live in aspen and unfortunately whenever! I go there the staff looks as annoyed to just serve you. A specific staff member is the worst. Sour face and bad attitude. I think as the owner you should get new staff that are a little less depressed and nicer to kids.
