  Mother's Day Brunch was a disaster. We were seated at 1:25, ordered our food with our drinks at the first opportunity and our food came at 2:45, 80 minutes after sat down. 80 minutes. Food was mediocre (ordered soup and salad, which doesn't take long to serve). Our server avoided us as the one hour mark passed, only refilling our waters once. A disappointing experience on a celebratory day.

  High prices, terrible service not mitigated by the generally good food. My family and I had an abysmal experience here that capped a number of unimpressive attempts before that. The staff have reached a point of not even really feeling the need to apologize, it's just 'the way it is'. Waiting over an hour for your food? Server disappears for twenty minutes? That's apparently normal here. Instead of talking to us, the manager just passes by with a sheepish 'sorry' every so often. Spend your money elsewhere, there are restaurants that actually value their customers and can deliver an experience worth paying a premium.
