Had a kfc gift card and it wasn't working, asked for options to fix it or help us at least try and get directed to make a call to fix it and was met by the manager who told us since we didn't get it from there location they won't help us. And refused to do anything to rectify a KFC problem. Went to a different KFC location and was given the appropriate information to fix it instantly. I am shocked and appalled with how little care they have here for the customer and it goes above and beyond a language barrier. The worst.

Poor quality of food and rude staff. Good luck being understood if you go though the drive through, I won't be coming back to this location again.
