  Typical Tim Horton's...same old coffee same service as one would get at any other Timmy's.

  This Tim Hortons is located in front of a Supermarket and beside a school. At around 12:20 this place is completely packed with high school students. During this time they seem to always run out of food. At around 4:00 PM. They have almost no hot food on the menu available. They finish the orders at a decent speed and keep the lines moving reasonably. They also keep most of the baked goods in stock well into the evening. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the hot food as, like I stated, they usually run out of food. But also, one time one of the employees decided to make their own recipe and added ingredients that weren't originally put in the wraps. It had peppers and onions in it which added a weird crunch to the wrap. I assume this was because they ran out of lettuce and tomatoes so they decided to improvise. Overall, the restaurant kept nice and clean. Making the Eat-In experience very nice.

  Always have to wait at the till as they only have people on drive through it's at the point sometimes I'm the only one in line for one coffee and it takes so long for someone to come to the till I walk out

  Edit: service since this incident has been awesome. All of the employees are pleasant, and we have had very few order mistakes. Thank you for handling this so well. We definitely appreciate the effort. Used to have great service, however in the last few weeks we have had some less than pleasant experiences with this location. It has been the same lady each time, in the drive-thru. We have had three out of the last five orders incorrectly filled -- when we came back to get another order and mentioned this, she responded in a few different ways. The first time, she asked us to bring the cup WITH the wrong beverage back (rather than the emptied cup we'd brought back; we didn't want to deal with having to keep it all day, and carry it around to get it back). The next time we brought the majority of the beverage back (test sip found sugar in the drink, and we dumped some so it wouldn't spill on the way back later on); this time she didn't even want it. Then again tonight, when we came back after the latest incorrect order, she asked that we bring the beverages back. And when my mother mentioned the inconvenience of such frequent mistakes, the worker said that we should always take a sip of our drinks BEFORE we left the premises. Wow. So my mother will be trying out MY coffee when she goes? Or the four coffees/teas when we have company? Or should we be asking all of the people we are ordering for to come along? I understand that mistakes happen, but our experiences here have been poor lately. Hope they either talk to her, or find some way to correct the bad service. I used to think all of the people working here were wonderful, and competent.
