  Waiting for your order to be taken inside can take a while, I believe this is due to understaffing during busy periods. If you order your food with modifications be sure to double check both the order screen and also your food once you get it, often the modifications will be overlooked. Fries are occasionally undercooked or cold. Despite not usually being busy, the restaurant is frequently noisy, caused by patrons being too loud or their children yelling and crying. Beggars will sometimes come inside, wander around and bother most of the the patrons for change of cigarettes. Basically, its a fast food joint in a kinda crappy area.

  Clueless counter staff couldn't get our order right without multiple corrections. Filthy dining room, garbage all over the floor and dirty torn upholstery on the benches. The state of the dining room makes me worry about the standards for cleanliness in their kitchen.

  I have been eating at Wendy's 3 times per week and have always ordered the grilled chicken with chili. Today I ordered the grilled chicken and it was different , NOT good! Go back to the old way.
