  I can't think of anything bad to say about this coffee shop, I've been a regular there for 4 years and I've always been impressed. The coffee and hot chocolate is amazing (they blend Belgian chocolate into mochas and hot chocolates) and although it's more expensive than tims and Starbucks, the quality of their drinks makes it worth the extra cash. I'm especially blown away by their customer service though. I'm always greeted with a warm hello from the staff and some of them know me well enough to know my drink order and start it while I'm in line to pay. The owners are lovely people and their friendly service has surpassed my expectations for a coffee shop. Now that I've moved across the city, it's still worth the trip every once in a while to go to this cafe to enjoy a drink and catch up with the people there. 6/5 stars from me!

  The paintings are stunning! The food and coffee is delicious, and the ambiance is really great. I love coming here for online work and for relaxing

  Coffee 4 stars, but parking is bad zero stars. Not worth the trip. 5 months after visiting I received a $110 fine in the mail. I had moved my vehicle once we got our coffee and decided to stay. I had observed the parking attendant once, leaving the lot. They claimed he marked my tire once, then wrote up the fine 25 minutes later - I hadn't even been there that long. I had asked for proof, they offered some unconvincing and unfinished screenshot of a record. A collection agency call then threats of lawsuits followed. I can't prove I wasn't parked illegally and they can't prove I was. Doesn't matter. They don't need proof. Hopefully the establishments in this plaza reconsider their parking enforcement. Not good for business.

  I really enjoy tge staff here very much. So sweet and friendly. The guy that is always there is so fast at putting together your order and making you feel at ease all the time. Glad I can just walk over and get a quick snack or drink. Clean, good atmosphere Keep up the good work#

  This place is prime! The staff are amazing, kind, and hard-working. Say hi and get to know them! The beans are roasted fresh and the baristas are very experienced. 5 stars if the Waves brand starts supplying blonde roasts. Everything right now is dark, and while better than Starbucks, it is still very bitter.
