  Sorry, this is not good Vietnamese food. We ordered 6 dishes and 2 appetizers. Food was between terrible and mediocre. Chicken rice went to the garbage.

  We've been eating here for years. They are always friendly and provide good service. The food is fast and fresh, and there's lots of vegetarian options (or they're happy to make substitutions).

  First thing is first, their bubble tea is a decent size and is pretty good, and the subs are decent. But they have let me down numerous times. Their service is terrible, one time i ordered 4 bubble teas and they messed up on two of them then complained that i told them they made me the wrong one. Another time i came to the place and their doors are locked and closed during business hours, theyre open from 3pm-9pm on sunday, i came at 3:30 pm and the lights are off and nobody is there. Terrible service.
