  Terrible customer service, the girl at the front didn't say hello and didn't lift her eyes from her phone the entire time I was there, and didn't say a word, not even a thank you after I paid. The fruit trays were almost empty and looked old and gross. The door keeps staying open and she won't even get up to close it, just sits on her chair texting on her phone. I definitely won't be coming back here.

  Terrible costumer service, all the workers stayed in the back room and they ran out of sample cups on a Friday. The girl working there just gives us an "oh well, my bad" response.

  Horrible service. The cashier was texting on his phone the entire time. They only had 3 flavors and all the others were melted. All the toppings were all melted as if they had been sitting out all day. Avoid this place and head to menchies instead!

  When my friend and I came in the girl at the front was paying 0 attention to us while we were in she was on her phone the whole time . When we got to the station to pick our toppings that was pretty much empty ( so I guess the girls phone was more important then providing costumer service) when we were ready to pay for our order she was STILL on her phone !! I am shocked !! We decided to eat in and watched her for a bit as other people walk in she was still not paying attention to them. Notell refilling the fruits / chocolates that were going empty . By far the worse costumer service I have ever seend Inot my life! I was in here for about 40 min. And the whole time on her phone with 0% costumer service. March 19th 7 pm !
