  Worst / slowest drive through and hardest to understand servers. Often doesn't have or know about common products sold at all other Tim Horton franchises.

  Been coming to this Tim's for over seven years as it's close to the office. I find the majority of the staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is kept as clean as possible given how busy the place can get. It's very busy during weekdays, but quiet on the weekends. This Tim's has two drive thru order boxes, and sometimes there's two lines inside, sometimes one. They always make a good coffee here compared to some of the other Tim's.

  Been coming here almost every Monday to Friday for the last 5-6 months and over the past 1-2 months the service went from amazing to I honestly don't want to go back. I usually get the same stuff every time and they keep botching my orders, Every. Single. Day. It's literally 2-4 coffees and 2 bagels. Not that hard. Another huge issue is if your change is 0.25 cents or less they tend to keep it (not a big deal, except when you're purchasing other people stuff who gave you money or if you go EVERY DAY it adds up) I finally confronted a staff member about that, and apparently they just keep it as a tip. Here's a tip, give the customers their change back and they'll come back. I also had a manager give me a gift card as compensation for me having to come back multiple times because they kept messing up my order, well, that gift card had nothing on it, so thank you for literally nothing.
