  Drive thru service is rushed to the point of rudeness even when no one else in line. I appreciate they are trying to speed the line but this appears to be much more about numbers. I'm here every day and order has been wrong twice in 4 days and can't even get the server's attention to ask to check because they are on to the next job. I'd rather spend another 30 seconds in line than feel like I'm going to have my coffee dumped into my car. Sorry but other locations have a decent balance but you guys are chasing the numbers too hard. I'm done with this location.

  Giving one star because I can't give zero. This is by far the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Went inside to order lunch. Asked for a Caesar salad and a turkey bacon club toasted on white with a bottle water. It took over 10 minutes to receive my order and it was a bottle of Pepsi, a Caesar salad with balsamic dressing, and a whole wheat sandwich not toasted. I noticed the Pepsi and had them change it to the bottle water but the rest was in the bag and I was so late by this point that I didn't check the rest. An incredibly simple order that managed to be completely screwed up and I was late getting to a meeting. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT recommend this location nor will I ever visit this place again.

  Horrible customer service. They will ignore you as long as they can. It stood there 30mins for my bagel and a hash brown and I had to leave with even getting my food or my money back as my break was almost over. This happens over and over. It's understandable when its busy but when there are total 2 customer it shouldn't happen.
