  Just opened. Very clean and bright. Donuts and cookies were well stocked and fresh for 7pm. Staff were well trained and got the order correct and quickly. Can't really ask for more.

  I'm a bit perplexed as the medium latte I ordered was a bit over half full. I'm not sure if this is the standard. After tasting it at this location, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. **The staff understood and agreed with my satisfaction and replaced the latte with a new one. Very politely handled.

  I wish there was negative star ratings for situations like this. Please residents of mahogany do not support this excuse for a business. I have never had such repeat terrible experiences at a tim hortons in my life. We have been several times since it opened. The first time we went they were out of crispy chicken and said it would be at least 15 minutes for them to prepare it. This was after 11am which in my opinion is lunch time. The next time we went they were out of eggs. Out of eggs?!?!? This is all you do tim hortons, you make breakfast sandwihches for people, how in the hell are you out of eggs. The time after that we ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwhich and they forgot to put the bacon on!!! I just went again this morning and made two orders both with potato wedges however as usual they were "out of potato wedges". I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich and while I was waiting they told me that they "just ran out of crispy chicken". Again this is at 1130 am, you haven't even hit your lunch rush yet! This is the last straw for me, I will not be returning and will be taking my business to the auburn bay location moving forward. Whoever manages this place needs to pull their head out.

  I am not sure if the owners even read these but you desperately need to hire 3 more staff to help out your fantastic staff who are over run during the morning rush. I fell so bad for them! You currently have 2 till who are also filling orders and 1 in food and they cannot handle the rush of construction workers/ morning commuters coming in! It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee this morning! I was willing to overlook that this Tim's does not have a drive through (stupid) and support it anyway but if you do not properly staff this location I will move on quickly!
