  Worst tim hortons ever. They always run out of things, get my order wrong, etc. Recently, I ordered a bunch of food and drinks and things for me and my friends, I just ordered some tim bits for myself, and they CHARGED ME for the tim bits, and then it never came. So i asked them where my tim bits were, because everything else I had ordered for my friends came, except for the ONE THING that I had ordered for myself. They never offered to give me a receipt so I had no way to prove it, and then they started pretending they couldnt speak english. So I paid for Tim Bits and never got them.

  Worst experience ever had in Calgary in regards to Service and food Quality.Driving for transit in city i have been to virtually all Tim's location this one takes the CAKE IN worst SERVICE And FOOD QUALITY . Even tired to call and talk to the manage with First initial A , Wow her bad attitude and service made me understand why the staff is even Worst. The manage kept on yelling at me and telling me it is my fault to visit them ,i did mention that i can give you the exact description she told me she was too busy to waste her time for things like this . I should have noted the name . She went on to say if if wanted this to be looked at i would need to visit her in person. I should have taken time off her as she only works certain shifts . even have asked to talk to the Owner The manager told he was too busy dealing with things and have not time for matters like these ,hence the reason she has a job. Not Sure Since when As Calgary city we accept The Hand that Feeds to be Bitten..
