Waited in the empty druvethru for 5 mins only to have them start serving the car in the other speaker lane who got there after me first. Then misunderstood double double for a mocha somehow all while ignoring me saying "thats everything" 4 times while trying to upsell me on espresso and hashbrowns

Poor service they screwed up our order and we called them and told them about the order they said we will offer u free coffee next time u come. When we went next day they totally ignored the complaint and started saying they are not the owner and cant give free coffee
