  Horrible staff. The lady was very rude. We ordered food and coffee but she said where to pick up both quietly and quickly so we had to ask again and she practically yelled at us like we were dumb. As well as when we got our food they put the hasbrowns at the bottom and they got destroyed and we couldn't even get them off the wrapping.

  So sad to write this review this location it was my favorite place to have breakfast and lunch Almost every day for the last two years. Now the issue is the staff they need more customer Service training. Especially on the drive through for the last 6 months almost every time I ordered something the gave me something different. People at the window They usually ask me what you want instead How can i help you sir? The was the talk is Un acceptable. We will myself and my family will try my our best to avoid going to that location from now on

  The service was fast and the staff was very kind and considerate. An elderly gentlemen was waiting in line and when he ordered the staff member offered to take his order out to him as he was having trouble standing. Well done and great job.

  Only got 1 star because I'm addicted to the coffee... the staff here is so rude... they argue with you about your order which they consistently mess up... the drive thru staff are terrible... and overcharge for items you don't want... I would drive kms out of my way to avoid this location... rude staff, inaccurate orders... smarten up Tim!
