  Avoid this restaurant. While Subway is usually excellent, my experience at this restaurant was terrible. To start with, they were incredibly stingy with the vegetables, giving me only tiny amounts even after I requested "loads of" spinach. The sandwich was also poorly toasted, with the cheese only half melted and the bread not crispy. They then put on only tiny amounts of sauce, and didn't have any of my favorite hot sauce, resulting in a bland and flavorless sandwich. To top it off, part of the cookie was completely uncooked raw dough. While I'm normally a fan of soft cookies, this was disgusting and unacceptable. Avoid this subway. The food is bad and the service unhelpful. Find a different one.

  Best subway in Calgary! This place is clean, make great sandwiches, friendly staff, open all the time, they have everything on the menu, tons of soups, I come here everyday and have lost 32lbs so far! I eat the egg white with bacon wraps at least twice a day!!

  I frequent this location 2 times a day and 5 times a week as I work for a construction company working in the area. I was informed of the Subway customer appreciation promotion by an employee who works there and on the first of every month i would recieve the buy one get one​ free promotion they are runnng for 2016 and 2017. Today being the first, I ordered my sub and did not realize it was the first of the month until I finished my sub. I asked the employee working there about my free sub and was told I dont get it as I did not inform her right away. I have spent a lot of money everyday here, and this is my customer appreciation? I wont be going back as will none of my co-workers!! Great job!!!

  tuesday november 22 2016 9am was told by the girl working there the reason i was getting bad service was because i was white tried to call to speak to manager same girl told me she had no idea when manager would be in will not go back due to racism huge fail subway NO STARS BUT SURPRISE SURPRISE WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITH OUT A STAR!! NEVER.GOING.AGAIN.

  I have worked for subway a very long time ago and I became hesitant to buy subs when I used to get them for free. Once in a while I will grab a sub if there is a subway around, and I was down in mission area and decided to grab a quick lunch, I was met with a very sincere and genuine greeting, and proceeded to order my sub, the employee did not rush the process neither did she have any issues making my sub the way I prefer it. With such great service , and being in the hospitality industry, I felt obligated to tip the young lady to show my appreciation and the tip went to someone deserving. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he is a passionate business owner that understands the need to stand out amongst the competition, he , in my opinion is a businessman who knows his market and as well as his ability to train his employees with a very high standard. Over the last week I have visited this location three times and the service and quality of food has been 5 star each and every time. They have so many ways to save money, and I highly recommend visiting this location, having said that, the owner is almost always there, so if you have an issue with anything, tell the owner, and I promise your issue will be resolved. Just FYI, after speaking with the owner he mentioned that his location carries EVERY SINGLE sub that subway has to offer, when he told me that I saw it as this business owner going the extra mile for his customers. If your local subway no longer carries your favorite sub, visit this location for a huge selection, and save way more than you would at ANY other subway. Cheers Gary K
