  I don't know what was going on here tonight considering the place was barely half full, but we had the WORST service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Had to pretty much beg for anything (menu, drink, FORK, bill) and that was only if we saw and caught our server when she was blasting past us like we didn't exist. Asked 2 servers for another Coke and eventually got it, when I was basically done eating everything. Didn't even say sorry when I waited about 15 minutes just to get a fork. It was nice that she split up our bills individually which would be great on any other day, but not when she walked away as I was saying that my friend and I were going to be on the same bill. The bills weren't even split correctly. The 1 star would have to be for the food; it was good, though not super fast considering the small crowd.

  Friendly staff and kids are welcome until 8 pm. The food is good and the decor is traditional. Two weeks later (on Canada Day)- Server could not tell me what was on tap and when she did, she had no idea what type of beer it was (What the Huck is not an IPA). I would have had a second beer but we were only talked to when we ordered and when the food was delivered. Water not refilled and to top it off the meal took 40 minutes to prepare. The bus girl talked more to us that the server. Hopefully this is a long weekend anomaly (part time cooks). I'm not changing my rating as this is first negative experience there.

  +26 hottest day of the year on the summer solstice. We arrive at 6:30 pm and go to the patio only to be told the manager is closing it and not taking anymore tables on the patio.... disappointing and weird!!!! Find another patio for summer. Similar thing happened last year. Patio closed on hot days. Unfortunate.
