This particular location is so hit or miss. Sometimes the staff will be polite, friendly, and quick, and sometimes they are rude and repeatedly make my order incorrectly. I've been made the wrong drink here more than at every other Starbucks I've been to combined, and they are usually a bit huffy when I ask for it to be corrected. Little things like making a mocha when I asked for a hot chocolate or adding the wrong flavour syrup to my drink seem to happen here frequently. Definitely taste your drink before you leave, especially in the drive-thru.

Spacious, very accessible. Very friendly management but the staff could improve with better knowledge of their product and customer service.
