The floor was really, I mean... really dirty last time I visited. It might have been a one off thing. Service is always great, so 5 stars!

I had a lady name Jessie served me after a long day. She was awesome. Made the best drink every. Plus cheered up my mood with her bubbly personality and charm. She made the experience one in a million. What a great barista. Wish there were more like her. Keep up the great job Starbucks, should hire more like her.

Their manager is super friendly and remembers what you ordered last time. It's that personal touch that makes all the difference

Seriously my #1 starbucks in the city. I will go out of my way to stop at this location because I've always had wonderful customer service. I don't know where they find their employees because they are amazing! I stop for coffee in the mornings before work and they always put a smile on my face.
