  We purchased what was supposed to be a Sterling Silver Beef tenderloin Steak .. when we BBQ'ued to a perfect medium rare it was tough as nails. Leading me to believe it was either Mislabelled or a piece of junk at 55 dollars a KG. I tried to return it within a half hour and was told from Iris that she can not do that , even tough she was the manager on duty . then she accused me of being drunk and some other dude, Not a manager got involved and started laughing and mocking me. The produce sucks and as a 12 year customer . at this store will never return . and according to Sobeys we site" A: Sobeys has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Promising 100% Satisfaction, and ‘no excuses’, the guarantee ensures money back or a free replacement on any item that left a customer unsatisfied for any reason." So where does Iris and her store owner lose this train of Company policy

  I rented rugdoctor carpet cleaner and returned it a day after. The lady at customer service told me angrily that I was late and supposed to bring it back at 3 pm instead of 7 pm and wanted to charge me for that. I said whether this couple hours count and she frowned at me like I said something outrageous. Then she noticed they made a mistake and it was a 2 day rental amd I had an extra day. but she did not apologize for her behaviour nor for her college's mistake. moreover although I cleaned the bottom of the rugdoctor at home she threatened me to charge me extra 25$ because it was not that clean in her standards. she gave me a metalic comb and asked me to clean it! I had to sit down in the middle of the store and clean it...Very frustrating...Now I have less reasons to go there and buy their overpriced items.

  I ate an overpriced salmon meal and got sick an hour later. From the first bite, I noticed it's stale but was in hurry. Also I noticed many of their cold ready meals (e.g. coleslaw salad or cheese and macaroni) they sell contains sodium benzoate which is a know carcinogen and can worsen ADHD in children.
