  Good selection of spices that you can get in different amounts to fill your own spice jars or you can buy specific sized bottles as well. They have some interesting spice blends of varying world cuisines to help you try new or different flavour. Everything is labelled clearly and you can open and smell all the sample bottles. Staff has always been friendly but not clingy when I've been there, which is exactly how I prefer it!

  This is an amazing place to buy spices. It is a really fun atmosphere, you can watch them grind the spices and fill the jars so you know you are getting fresh spices. The best part is you don't really pay more than you will at re super market, and is better variety here

  The Old Chicago steak spice is the absolute best. The Cajun seasoning and the saltwater lime chili seasoning are wicked, too. I love coming here, to browse for new flavours before backpacking and fishing trips. These spices have transformative powers that make any camp food seem upper crust.

  Great variety of hard-to-find spices and spice blends. I've loved all the blends I've tasted, especially the bbq rubs. They also carry a carefully curated selection of cookbooks, pepper grinders, spice mills, salt pigs and more. Staff are always available to answer questions and give advice. Other items of note: There is a play kitchen for kids to entertain themselves while you shop. Parking is on-street, so you may have to turn down a side street to find a spot. There's a 3 inch step up into the shop, which may pose a challenge for wheelchairs. Once inside, most of the shop is flat though a small section is raised with no ramp.
