Little selection in variety of fruits and vegetables and strawberries were almost double the price for 1lb of strawberries compared to superstore. But the selection is still of a higher caliber (imo) and the staff are incredibly friendly. I went in the other day and Jason from the bakery went into the freezer and opened a new box of nanaimo bars just so I could buy a pack. Highly recommend coming here just for the friendly service!

It's your standard grocery store. Pricing is on par or sometimes slightly more expensive than other groceries. Nice vegan/vegetarian section of your into that.

Prices are high like every grocery store, but the pharmacy is amazing. They assess immediately if your prescription can be billed to insurance and are extremely helpful and friendly.
