  Of late, the Country Hills Superstore Optical Dept's services haven't been impressive. They promised to call me once the glasses were ready for pick up within 2 weeks. But they failed to notify me even after 2 weeks. When I finally called, they confirmed the glasses were ready for pick up. But the lenses weren't working for me. They had to get it replaced and said would call me once it was ready. Then, silence for another week. No phone call. By now, I knew they wouldn't call so, I called instead. The glasses were indeed ready for pick up! What a letdown! They used to have better customer services in the past. Will not go there anymore.

  This store always has everything that I need. The staff is very helpful. Especially Andrew in produce. He is amazing! Always super helpful and knowledgeable, he will go several extra miles to help. The cash lines are quick without you feeling pressured. This is my favorite and now only Superstore!
