  My 1st time ordering from this location of Pizza 73 was on Thanksgiving Monday at about 11:30 pm. I went into the store and placed an order there and waited for it. Bibi, (sp?) who I believe is the owner, is a lovely lady. She was working the restaurant by herself and 1 driver was available for deliveries. It was a very slow time (I was the only customer/order processed for at least 15 minutes.) Bibi and I absolutely enjoyed meeting and talking together. Bibi speaks English as a second language and even though I was placing a fairly simple order in person there was definitely a very large language barrier. I can understand why so many customers have complained that they are receiving incorrect orders, especially with orders placed over the phone. My family all really enjoyed the pizzas, and I will certainly order from them again, but only when I am able to do so in person.

  This was the second time the order was wrong. Called to complain. They said that they would not refund. I did not want to wait another 45 minutes for a second pizza. I was told to email online so I did. They refused to help apparently it's at the restaurants discretion. I would not have made a big deal but I ordered a Hawaiian with feta and banana peppers and a tandoori chicken pizza. I received a pizza with feta and banana peppers and a tandoori pizza with pineapple. Both were inedible. I was super disappointed.
