  We ordered for the first time a month ago and were really happy how nicely topped our pizza was. We were lucky the store manager was the one who made our pizza. He did not scrimp on anything, we enjoyed every bite. It would have been a 5 star If only he had been more welcoming and helpful when we were making a decision what to pick from the menu.

  I had ordered ahead of time and Requested my order to be ready a 1:50, I showed up at 1:58 and my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I also ordered it with dairy free cheese which costs $1.50 extra and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, what a rip off. The pepperoni was also burnt. Really too bad because Panago is normally really good! Rather pay a few bucks more for better qualify pizza elsewhere.
