  First time at National. Celebrating my twin girls 18th BDAY. I was there at 5:38 and ordered a beer at happy hour price. The rest of my party arrived at 5:54 and we ordered 3 more beer which should have been at happy hour prices as well. 6:00 o'clock cut off. Anyway food and experience was great. The when I received the bill the 3 beer were at regular prices. I questioned our waitress and she said it is when they put the order in not when we order it. I have never ever heard of that before. Anyway she said she would check with the manager. She reduced two of the three to happy hour prices. I didn't say anything else. Anyway, it left me feeling a little bad. Is that worth losing customers?

  Great place to hang out with family and friends. I like the atmosphere, it is like a Pub/Sports bar and Restaurant all in once. Kids can dine in. Food is great and prices are right.

  I was just in national and they had brunch early for good Friday! I was very happy with the service and our waitress Avery was very friendly and gave great service! The food was good though lacked vegetarian options on the brunch menu. They had blueberry waffles which were delicious so I am happy. My only complaint is that, being someone who has worked in the restaurant and bar industry for 10 years, having a manager walking around talking LOUDLY about things that needed to be done like "fill the salt and peppers" " the tables are dirty" "check your sections" this is something to talk about to your staff BEFORE shift. Not during when you have customers!!! She didn't even actually say it to anyone, she just shouted it out in the bar. ALSO when you fill salt and pepper shakers and hot sauce, FIFO should be the rule. If you don't know what that means, it's first in first out. Don't top up the sauces, make it so The older stuff is used first. Or you'll end up with old expired hot sauce with new sauce on top.. not to health code regulations!! Other then that... this place is good! I'll be back!
