Do you want cheese or not." If I have to, I'll pay extra for beans, but put some god damn beans on my taco when I ask for it please. Really pissed me off. I took off one star because the premium veggie mix did not look very appetizing, but it tasted fine. But the service is less than decent, at the drive thru once, they messed up my order and instead of just apologizing and fixing it, they blamed me for not speaking clearly enough and said "we'll fix it this time, next time be more clear" NOT good customer service.
