  Been Montana's all through Calgary, and on vacation a few times. One thing one can expect is slow and mediocre service. The food quality has has taken a dip maybe because they aren't busy and need to cut costs. Used to go for the fajitas but I think they quit using fajita flavor? Only positive is reasonable price and always a table open even in a spot where all other restaurants in area are 30 min to an hour wait. So in a pinch you could do worse but definitely better options.

  We have gone to Montana's for years but I think that will come to an end. Similar experience to most reviews on here. Waited a long time to get drinks or even have someone come to the table after we seated ourselves. Our friends came in at the same time as us and were still waiting for their meal and we were leaving! Nobody seemed to care. Waitress was really nice. Food was cold.... mostly just reheated stuff...nothing special. Ate it cause we were so hungry and it was getting late. Flat pop, dried out, overcooked chicken. Bad management. This place needs a serious overhaul. Save your money, there are other good places in the area.

  The last couple times I've been here it's been nothing but disappointment and waste of money. First off, my ribs were dryer than dirt, we had a different waitress/waiter every time one came to the table and it was almost impossible to get my pop refilled. I've gone later in the night but as far as I'm concerned, if I'm still paying, I should be getting fresh food, not something that's been sitting all day, if that's the case you shouldn't be serving it. I used to love Montana's but I don't think I'll be going anymore. It isn't worth the money and in such a big city with so many options, you can certainly find something better. Try Tony Roma's across the way, much better food and the service is better too!

  Good pub food and Good atmosphere. Kid friendly. Could have better steak cuts but not complaining because of price. Service by the servers could use some work. Always feel they are underwhelmed with life.

  Beautiful place with great atmosphere. The food however was really disappointing. Me and my husband had two different cuts of steak and they were both dry and tasteless. We will not be back. We rather spend that kind of money were we can get good food.
