  My Husband and I are a fan of kfc and even more when it come extra crispy, we went to this store and ordered the 9 pices of extra crispy and fries by around 6.30 evening, instead we received the normal chicken, it was obvious that fries have been seated there for a long time, we informed the front staff that chickens are normal not extra crispy, with a kind of yelling she said it's extra crispy, we left the store with a very unsatisfied feeling!!! it's not end of the world if the chickens are normal instead of extra crispy but I couldn't stand how they served me, after leaving the store called and asked for a manager, this is how their manager answer the phone ( YES, WHAT DO YOU want) I believe this is very unprofessional and even rude, I tried to tell the manager how unhappy I left the store and I'll write my experience on their website and this is her answer, (TOTALLY UP TO YOU, I HAVE A LINE UP HERE AND HAVE TO HANG UP THE phone) I was the only customer at the store and called her back after 10 min I left!!!! I'm a fan of kfc and wouldn't stop it becuase of this experience but for sure never to this store again!!!!!!

  Absolutely disgusting I'm sure the chicken was re-fied from the previous day even at 5 PM the fries were small the size of the chicken was small compared to any other KFC and the meet was overcooked and the skin black from being refried, We were unable to save the leftover chicken which was a lot because of the poor quality because we were afraid of getting sick, I would run from this place never go there, deer run or 17th ave is much better and definitely worth the drive, forget about riverbend should be closed down, disgusting!

  Friendly staff, chicken is the same as you would get at any other KFC.

  Chicken was overlooked, oily, smelled awful, and was undercooked inside. Staff was more interested in chatting in their native language than serving customers. Very dissatisfied. Could not take chicken back as they did not give me a receipt.
