  Service is fast and the specials can be a good deal. The chicken was a kinda dry with not as much meat as I would have expected. Still a good crispy skin though!

  These people at the 1240 17TH AVE SW CALGARY, AB T2T 0B8 location are complete MORONS and IMBECILES. Twice in a row, when ordering online, these brainless monkeys have completely forgot about the order and just made lame excuses after I called them an hour after the order was placed....And it hadn't even been started. The franchisee is a cretin and the Filipino manager and temporary foreign worker monkeys are brainless and primitive. This dumb Filipino btch couldn't manage a paper paper bag if her life depended on it...The KFC franchise needs to strip the license from this place. I have never seen such idiocy and ineptness at a restaurant before.... This place is a 0/5

  Despite the new renovations, this KFC has gone down hill. There was no one in line and I waited 20 min for a 9 piece bucket...Usually they are pretty generous with condiments but I did not find a single packet of ketchup in my bag (which I probably should have checked before I left). I did however ask for hot sauce and I only got 2 packets... I've been goin here for years and I've been happy every time but looks like management keeps changing and I did not have a pleasant experience this time around. Looks like I'll be visiting Mary browns and Popeyes more often.
