  The food is consistently good. The portions are a good size and your water glass is always topped up. Normally there is a long wait to get a table but tonight we lucked out. A dark restaurant, it has favourable lighting if you're feeling ugly.

  I have to say first off that the food tastes good. There is nothing wrong with the taste of the food. That being said, when they bring your food out to you and say 'just so you know, it will look overcooked because of the outside lighting'...I haven't even complained yet! Sure enough, everything was overcooked (ordered medium rare, got medium to meduim well. And the lobster was rubber). Next thing we know a 'manager' comes out and tries to tell us that if we were sat inside (in the dark) that everything would look fine. I have no idea how this manager got the position but he had no clue how to handle the situation and the only thing he did was to make us all feel mad about the whole scenario. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Very expensive for mediocre food.

  Best restaurant experience we've had for a long time. Celebrated our 35th anniversary and it was awesome. Emily served us and she was great.

  Best Keg in the City. Most compitent servers, consistent food quality, it's too bad they (the chain in general) is trying to become a family restaurant. I remember when it was a big deal to go to the Keg, no kids running around just adults having polite quiet conversations... not anymore. But the food is still worth putting up with the noise.
