  First time since changed name, for dim sum, loud and eh service is expected. So don't expect a smile or them paying full attention to you, specially during busy hours. That being said, they do listen so as I said. As expected for dim sum! Go there for food only. Took 40 mins for my last dish in my order, after I ate everything though, so that was funny. Otherwise it was yummy! Lots of flavor (depending on the dish, of course). It's nice to see the owner chilling there then helping once it picked up on the rush.

  1st visit since they changed it from Grand Pearl to Great Taste. Food was quite good. Service was not too bad consider it was a full house. Servers seemed to be trying their best to serve customers even it's extremely busy (and under staffed). Although we did hear complaints from other tables that their dishes were incorrect or late. We'd say it's much better than Grand Pearl overall. That lady owner of Grand Pearl was one of a kind. >_

  Good dim sum options with standard Calgary dim sum prices. Very good service (the staff remains calm and professional even when the place is super busy). Extremely busy around noon time on Saturdays and Sundays (be prepared to wait and to talk loudly so your table mates can hear you. Everyone talks very loudly at the restaurant). Satay beef Shanghai noodles and XO pan fried turnip class are highly recommended.

  I didn't like the service of the previous family, and I was a bit wary when revisiting with the new management and staff, but everyone is very friendly and the food came fast, though there was a short wait for the table. I've only gone a few times for lunch, and I'm very pleased with the experience. It can be a bit too bright though due to so many windows and the colorful lights.
