  Took a white tail doe there last fall. Great price. Great sausage. Try the spicy Jerk flavour. My kids absolutely love it.

  Came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by many people who have used them as a wild game butcher. I brought My first catch of the year in to get butchered and when i got it back it was all nicely brown paper wrapped and labeled with the cut of meat and the species (in this case deer). I went back a few weeks later with my second catch and had it turned into sausage, pepperoni, and and smokies. They are the best tasting sausages I have ever had.The spices they used and everything it was just amazing. In both cases they had hung my catch for two weeks before butchering. I would highly recommend the gour-mart to anyone looking for a GREAT butcher. They also have a good selection of beef, pork, chicken on the self that anyone can just walk in and buy. I have also purchased regular cuts of meat (beef and chicken) from gour-mart and I have not been disappointed. Great prices and quality cuts of meat!
