  Very clean, good portio sizes. Only downfall is the steaming vermicelli with the vermicelli bowls. The warm noodles taste very strange next to cold veggies and also makes the spring rolls (which are very good) wilt before you get to fully enjoy them. Otherwise, very good food.

  Can not believe I spent a cent here - ate the beef satay sub and I was a few bites in, when there I saw a huge piece of fat or lard in it. Informed the server and she said "oh it must have just been some fat" and then came back and gave me 15%... off my meal. Not only was the food atrocious but so was the service. Will never come again- I feel sick now.

  WORST Experience with skip the dishes and golden bell. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Ordered $68 worth of food, they got 2 things in our order right and sent 2 wrong things and forgot about the other half they sent a bowl of pho with no broth...how could you possibly eat pho with no broth??????Called to see what was happening maybe they forgot a bag? Things happen right, but know she argued with me for 10 minutes that they sent everything don't you think I'd rather be eating my food?asked for a refund for the 4 items I didn't get and told me it's skip the dishes problem and guess what skip the dishes said... golden bells problem. Never order from the Richmond location terrible customer service. 17 th avenue location is amazing and I've learned my lesson
