  This restaurant does NOT use fresh products in ANY of their foods. Everything was a bad quality. I will never order from this establishment again.

  I've ordered from here many times, and just recently tried to order and use one of the coupons they provide. My order came to $38 before taxes and I was denied the discount because the woman I talked to wanted me to get another $5 worth of product for it to work( we didn't want anymore food and had already ordered enough to be in the required food purchase limit) It clearly says in the pamphlet with minimum order $35.00 food purchase before taxes, which mine exceeded already. This is clearly false advertising and I will no longer be giving my business to this company due to their inability to live up to their discount coupons on their pamphlets.

  This was by far the worst experience to date. We always order from Ginger beef when we want Chinese food but today they really let us down. We ordered : Chicken fried rice- cold, chicken was so dry and stale, flavour was actually not good Salt and pepper squid- loads of onions and only 8 small pieces of squid, for $15. Usually it would be overflowing. Beef Chow Mein- not much sauce besides that it was alright Honey Garlic spare ribs- they were dry and there was about a couple of 1/8 cup of sauce at the bottom of the container I called and asked if ownership changed or if there is a new cook?? Only thing that changes was the quality of service. I wasn't looking for extra food when I called, we just wanted to see why this happened, after all we did pay for it. Does anyone know a good Chinese food place in the NE near Taralake?

  Terrible! Ginger chicken was so dry it was like jerky! Beef and broccoli, was 97% broccoli, there was about 4 small pieces of beef. Nothing was fresh, everything we ordered was a reheat or re-fry. Threw the takeout menu in garbage, won't make that mistake again
