  Great food for a breakfast place. Exactly what you'd expect from a breakfast restaurant. 3 stars because the service was extremely slow. Half the restaurant was empty and it took 10 min to be seated. The servers kept walking past us like we were already helped.

  Clean. Prompt and attentive service. Meals are relatively simple (it's a breakfast place, after all) but cooked competently. Excellent quality control for their fruits and vegetables. This is one of the few breakfast places in Calgary where, if your meal comes with strawberries, and you cut the strawberries open, you'll get a majority with sweet red fruit inside, instead of tart, unripe white innards. Recently, they've seen a decline in business during the weekday, and are no longer offering complimentary coffee with combo meals, cutting back on the number of shrimp in their shrimp fettucine, and other various cost-cutting measures.

  There's much better out there. Denny's tastes like premium gourmet food in comparison. Service is nothing to write home about either. I don't know anybody that has enjoyed eating here. It's one of those spots that tricks you in one time and never again.
