  Underwhelming. My husband and I came about a month ago as we had a gift card to use. My burger was quite pink so within 2 bites I asked for it to be cooked longer/replaced. The owner came out and assured me that the second burger would be on the house (well yeah, as it should be if I don't feel it's cooked thoroughly, even if it is from a chuck steak), but no other compensation on our bill, even though by the time the burger came my husband was done his meal. The server wasn't particularly friendly but did what was required. She made sure to thoroughly explain that when you pay with a gift card and there's a small amount outstanding, if you only hit tip % it will only tip on the small outstanding amount (yes, I was already aware). Don't think we'll be back any time soon.

  Food and service are both excellent and consistent. Good selection of beers on tap. I personally recommend the baked brie and chicken sandwich. One of my all time favorite things to order at a restaurant.

  March 30th 1pm Bar side-So I've been coming to this earls since I was literally a baby. I am now 22 years old. It's interesting how when you look a certain way you get treated so differently. I come in alone without makeup and a Starbucks cup filled with water and it's like I'm a homeless person. I just sold my vehicle so couldn't keep it in there. I'd be willing to go as far as saying my family and I have spent over 100s of thousands of dollars at this earls location specifically. It's funny how the staff just keep changing so they wouldn't know you've been a costumer for so long. As well as your grandparents who have been coming here for as long as they can remember as well. When there's a bunch of men sitting all around at the bar of course they're the ones who get treated with respect and in a timely fashion. And with a smile. Wow.
