  Today I went in buy a travel mug. I wanted it in pink but they had none. So I asked one of the girls if they had any in back. She was rather rude and came back with the "pink was our winter colors an we have no more". I asked if she could call another store and instead of calling she flat out said no she knows none of the other stores have that color. I would have even been happy if she had gone in the back sat on her ass for 5 minutes and then came back and told me no they don't have it either. But to not even try and to be that rude about it really pissed me off. She didnt even try suggesting i goto the website to buy it. I have never had such awful service in this store. I ended up having to order the travel mug online because I knew I had seen it there beforehand and was the reason I thought I'd check the store.

  I stopped in at the location and I am not personally verse in tea at all. The rep helping me was named Greg and he is amazingly knowledgeable as well as upbeat and curtous, really made the experience enjoyable. 10/10 would visit again to have his help picking what I need!!
