  Drove from Discovery Ridge for a blizzard. Got there at 9:48 and they were closed. Hours of operation say they are open until 10 pm! Don't post hours of operation if you are not going to stay open for your customers. Lost 4 blizzards and a long term customer. DQ will spend millions of dollars in advertising to try and get me back. Good luck and gone for good.

  Would give it 0 stars if I could,I receive my Sunday spilling out of the cup and as soon as I walk a couple steps from the counter the poorly made Sundae cap pops off and the sundae falls on the floor. As soon as that happens I throw it out In front of the worker and I ask for another one. Very rudely a female worker with white and greyish hair says that I cannot receive another one because it was my fault,and at that point I asked to speak with the manager hoping he would have a little common sense, and she rolled her eyes very rudely,and he very rudely refuses to give me another one even thought I explained to him that it was your fault to begin with,I believe the managers name was Jc and I did not catch the name of the other worker who was very rude.i would not recommend anyone go to this establishment until they get there act together,and if I were the manager I would fire these towi workers or demote the manager as he has proven that he should not be the manager. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
