- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Large open expanse of park attached to the Citadel Elementary School. Playground at school, twinned tennis courts open to the public, a skating/hockey rink for ball and ice hockey, a soccer field, and a baseball diamond. Lots of paths and room to throw a ball around with a dog. Technically not an off-leash park, but most dogs there are not on a leash. Very safe, even late at night.
