  Food arrived very quickly, which is great when you are dining with young kids. I have celiac disease, and they offer a rice noodle which is ok. Not amazing, but it's great that they offer anything gluten free. They seem fairly aware of cross contamination with allergies, which is also a plus. The only reason I took a star off is because there were many times we were sitting and waiting for someone (to get the bill, for refills on drinks, etc).

  Amazing service from the server, well organized restaurant, good dinner special. It was obvious the floor manager knew how to run a busy room. 5 stars because of the staff and efficient service.

  tasty and large portions. i've only ever tried their pasta. you can't go wrong ordering any of them. service is attentive and friendly. however every time they take away the starter bread plate they always say they're going to bring back more and they never do...

  Called and said they were open till 10. We show up at 8:45 and they say they are closing at 9 and won't serve us. Why didn't you tell us you were closing at 9 when we called when we called 30 mins before?? And why does a waitress make us wait at the door for 5 minutes while she goes to get a rude manager to tell us hey are closed?? If you close at 9 don't you take customers till 9? Why don't you make your closing time 8:45 then. Or how about you just treat customers with respect or actually serve patrons till your new closing time of 9 o'clock. Thanks for making what we were expecting to be an amazing meal into a horrible experience. Chiantis owners should be ashamed of this staff and management at this location.
