  Great Chinese restaurant. Especially for dim sum. Go early on the weekends (before 11) if you don't want to wait. My favourite items are BBQ pork buns and their egg tarts that they bring straight and fresh from their oven (unique to Central Grand). The service is good and efficient and their manager Chuck is a great guy. For those that complain about service in a Chinese restaurant then your expectations are way too high. Compared to other Chinese restaurants in Calgary the service at Central grand is superior. As for dinner I can't speak to it as I've never had it. Though I have ate at many weddings there and the wedding food is phenomenal.

  Has been serving Calgary for so long. Very good Chinese restaurant with size and decorations/designs which can resemble Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong or other bigger cities. Food was pretty good. They still have the traditional dim sum carts pushing around with fresh dim sum's (this might be the only Chinese restaurant in Calgary still has dim sum carts??) and we love it.
