  I visit this particular BP joint with 2 of my best buddies once a month. This is the time we look forward to, many times and we have fun, laughter, and drinks. We typically spend 3 to 4 hours in the sports lounge. The drinks are nicely priced compared to other sports pubs. The food is decent too. What I don't like is a particular aspect of their customer service and this happens every time. By the end of 2nd or 3rd hour, the lady serving us will ask if we are ok to be transferred to another lady as she is signing off or we can pay and start a new tab. We tried both ways and more often than not, the 2nd lady never comes back to us unless specifically called. I personally don't like to call them as I feel it is rude to do so but we are always left in a dilemma. I hope the management can fix this.

  Ordered a pizza, it took about 10 minutes on hold and then for them to locate if my address was in their delivery zone. Pizza took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (we were warned) but when it finally arrived, it was completely cold. For medium 2 topping pizza it was $30. There is a $5 delivery charge (that's fine) but when you go to pay, it prompts you to tip at a minimum of 15% to the driver on top of the $5 delivery. From there it goes up to 18% or 20%. I want to tip the driver but I don't want to pay $10 delivery for something that's just over $20 before tax. Considering it takes forever to get and when it arrives its cold, there's no value here. This is the last time Boston Pizza. You're being out priced and over performed by virtually every other competitor.

  Great staff through all the years I have visited this location. BP is pretty consistent with their food offerings and specials, but it has always been the staff that make or break the experience.
