- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've ordered online many times from other locations with no problems - ever. I don't know what is wrong with this location but I never got my food! After waiting an hour and a half, I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and nobody was picking up the phone after MANY rings. I don't understand why I never got a call if there was a problem OR not one person answered the phone when I called them! From reading the reviews I guess this happens a lot...I should have ordered food from one of the small business pizza places in Saddletowne...they might not speak great English but at least they try and they get the job done. No more Saddletowne BP for me. Completely unacceptable.By Cathyb, August 05, 2016
