  The only saving grace tonight was that our food was excellent. Otherwise, we received quite possibly the worst service ever. I was excited upon reading the other reviews and had high hopes. However, Upon entering the restaurant, our server physically shoved past me and didn't say sorry. Upon sitting down, she knocked my bag off my chair and just kept on walking. Third, she said we only had "two minutes" to decide on what to order as she was "so busy." It's incredibly rude to make your clients rush their order. Then, she took our orders but one of my friends didn't even receive their drink. Our water and drinks were not once refilled in the entire two hours we were there. The menus were left on our table until I finally had to move them out of the way. To top this all off, the restaurant was NOT busy! There was hardly anyone there. Serving etiquette requires one to be respectful and act professional - our server was anything but. I would steer clear of this restaurant and I'll definitely never be coming back. We were made to feel like our time there was a hassle to them.

  From the moment we walked in, we received a cordial warm greeting. Our server walked us through the menu, got our drinks in short order and gave us a little history of the restaurant. The food was AWESOME. My only regret is that we didn't have dessert. I'll be sure to rectify that with my next visit.

  Very disappointed lately. I ordered delivery within 5km and there is a $5 charge that I was not informed of when I placed the order. I was told the pizza would be 20-30 minutes. After an hour and a half I called to speak to a Manager. I was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up and I called back. The girl advised the manger was busy as it was during their rush and took my name and number and said she would have someone call me back later. I asked about my pizza and the girl was going to look into it and call me back. I received a phone call back and was told the driver had left 15 minutes prior and should be there shorty. He did show up shortly after. The pizza was not great, it wasn't cooked all the way through leaving the middle crust un cooked. I never did get a phone call back from a Manager. We use to love it here and unfortunately this isn't our first mishap here. I've been giving them more chances because they use to be awesome. Hopefully they can go back they way they use to be otherwise we won't be a customer anymore

  Usually a great meal here. The food is good, the owner likes to come out and chat and the service is usually good. 80% of the time, it is great...the other 20%, not so much. Great pasta selection, amazing Cesar salad and awesome pizza. It is a little community gem.
