Customer service is hit and miss. There is a really wonderful lady that works there, and a not so helpful one. The one that's not so great likes to make absolute statements like " they don't ever sell x pill in a capsule form".... when I just bought it there the month prior. I only go there because they sell what I need and they are close to home.

The product is decent but had such a terrible experience with customer service over the phone. I asked a simple question about one of their products and the lady just said "look I have 10 customers in line, I can't help you" and then she hung up on me. I will never buy from this company again if they have such poor hiring policies.
