  I bought a prepaid visa here for 150$. The card was never activated. I tried to return it and 7-eleven said to call vanilla visa. Visa said they couldn't activate the card because it was void and 7-eleven basically just took my money. It took over one month arguing between the two parties, about 40 phone calls, 5 reference numbers, 10 visits to 7-eleven and faxes of my receipts before I finally got a new card that worked. We called the store ahead of time to confirm that indeed we would finally get a refund but to come before 3pm while the manager was in. We came at 2pm and the women was so arrogant and rude and it took a huge fight trying to get our money back. She said she was busy and this was inconveniencing her. Maybe I should add I missed a concert because I couldn't buy my tickets with this void card, I also don't live in Calgary so thank you for waiting 10 trips of my time into Calgary to try to get my money back. 7-eleven, do yourself a favour and don't sell anything other than slurpees because apparently it's too much for you to handle!
