  We tried Spices last week for the 1st time & were quite pleased with our experience. The establishment has recently changed ownership and chefs. Defiantly worth checking out! The Food: We ordered a variety of dishes ie. dhal, butter chicken, goat curry, prawn curry, beef vindaloo, chili chicken, butter/garlic nan. Serving size is reasonable & all dishes came piping hot and were very tasty! The People: The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Simply put, some really good folks with big smiles which is refreshing to see in a small establishment. They appear proud of their culinary creations and rightfully so.

  Portions are big, the food is delicious and the service is so friendly. I know it's under new ownership now, so decided to try it. It was definitely worth trying! We will be ordering food here again in the future and definitely recommend it!

  I love Indian food, and Calgary has some of the best. Spices is certainly a gem hidden in the South. A friend recommended that I try this cozy place and was a very surprised. From what I see on the other reviews, this must be new management, as the food was outstanding, only matched by the service. Friendly, fast and Delicious! I would definitely eat here again.
