Came in and waited for a few minutes, no one came out, I had to call then someone came out of the back room, no smile and very rude, not a pleasant experience

Third time I have attempted to get lunch at this location and incredibly slow. This is the second time I've had to walk out. Today there was 1 person ahead of me when I came in, I waited 5 mins and then the lady behind the counter started on her order (2 pitas). After another 10 mins she still wasn't done making the order or starting on any others. While this has happening another person came in behind me waited the 10 mins then left... after all this I ended up leaving, I didn't have time to wait for her to make my order at the rate she was going :(
