  It's off the main roads so getting a table is easy. Professional staff that are, IMO, are well trained. Food is good, the shrimp appetizer is a big hit. Steaks are cooked properly to what is ordered. The decor has a nice Alberta/elegant western feel to it. There is a dedicated parking lot.

  Hey! Not bad NE Calgary! I'd been hearing about this place for years but never had the chance to visit until recently. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a classic joint that probably hasn't changed since it opened...but the menu and quality of meat is easily comparable to any of the other decent (higher priced) steakhouses downtown. Service was kind of awkward but of course that will vary based on who your server is. I wouldn't bat an eye to recommend this solid steakhouse!

  Outstanding taste for local Alberta beef, great and friendly service. We had the cowboy ribeye steak with twice baked potatoes. The steaks were cooked to perfection, each bite mouth-wateringly good. Service was very friendly and attentive. A great place to experience classic steakhouse.

  Service was good, friendly and fairly speedy. Food was nice, decent portion sizes, didn't have to wait too long. Not great but not bad.
